4. Commission and Fees
Commission rates and any applicable fees will be communicated clearly prior to engagement. Standard real estate commission in the UAE applies. Additional services such as property management are subject to separate fee schedules.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mayfair Real Estate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to investment decisions made based on information provided. Property investment carries inherent risks.

7. Governing Law
